At Cult Pens, we want you to be delighted with every purchase, but we understand that sometimes a pen might not be the perfect fit. You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account to view your order history or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items in their original presentation boxes and outer shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the generated return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
