Caran d'Ache's Leman collection is inspired by the ever-changing waters of Lake Geneva (also known as Lac Leman) and the surrounding landscape.
Vert de Gris, or Verdegris, from the French for 'green of grey' is a patina often seen on copper and bronze statues and rooftops - the grey-green colour of the Statue of Liberty. It's also shade 713 in the Caran d'Ache Luminance 6901 range of coloured pencils, from where it became the inspiration for this special edition of the Leman. The colour evokes a sense of serenity.
The Leman fountain pen features a satin lacquered barrel complemented by polished silver-plated, rhodium-coated accents with an intricate barrel design. The pocket clip is hinged, and the cap ring is inscribed with 'Caran d'Ache' and 'Swiss made'. Fitted with a rhodium-coated, 18 carat gold nib.
Fit the supplied converter for use with bottled ink. Will also take standard pattern short ink cartridges. Dimensions: 141mm long capped, 14.8mm diameter, weighs 57g. Supplied in a luxury gift box.
